It feels like only yesterday that we were still a little shy walking into class, and now our 6 weeks at Wonderkid Camp have flown by so quickly.
Each day at camp brought something new to look forward to. Gia Hân loved English time. Gia Phúc was completely absorbed in painting colourful worlds with Ms Hạnh. Minh Quân, Minh Triết, and Nhật Bích were always most excited when it was time for sports or to get ready for a field trip.

We had the chance to learn, play, and try so many different activities. Some of us became more confident when standing up to share our ideas. Some learned to stay patient and finish a project, even when it took a few tries. Some learned to wait for our turn, listen carefully, and work together with the friends beside us.
But perhaps what we will remember most are the simplest moments of all — laughing out loud together during a game, sharing supplies during class, or hugging a close friend goodbye before heading home.

“Summer camp is almost over. I’m really going to miss you!” — the sweet whisper between Minh Châu and Tiểu Diễm made the final days feel even more special.
From being unfamiliar faces on the very first day, we now have so many stories to tell, so many games to remember, and so many new friends we hope to see again.

Although summer at Dewey has come to an end, we will hold on to all these beautiful memories as we recharge with more energy and confidence, ready to step into Grade 1 feeling prepared and strong!
