I sent my child to Sakura Montessori Kindergarten, and I really like the student-centered teaching method of the school. When I knew that there was another Sakura Montessori campus open in Hai Phong, I signed up immediately because I wanted my child to continue studying in the same educational environment of the system. Indeed, The Dewey Schools Duong Kinh has modern facilities, dedicated teachers, and a broad and rich knowledge-based curriculum. Throughout the six years of my child studying at The Dewey Schools, I have never regretted my decision.

The school curriculum is the top concern when I select a school for my child. I chose The Dewey Schools Hai Phong because the school's teaching methods include design thinking which helps students develop critical thinking skills. With this modern teaching approach, I believe that Dewey students will have opportunities to unlock their creative potential to generate innovative ideas, solve their own issues and social problems, and be ready to explore the surrounding world.

In each of the students' field trips, I can see that the school always strives to give them valuable experiences. After every field trip, my child was excited to show me how fun the trip was, what useful things he learned, how he got to know new friends from other classes, etc. Besides, every mother cares about the quality of their children's food at school. During a visit to the school with other parents to monitor the meal preparation process for the students, I believe that the food suppliers of The Dewey Schools Hai Phong adhere to required standards at all times and ensure food quality to provide children with nutritious and delicious meals. Other parents and I were satisfied after the visit knowing that our children have good meals at school.

My child has been studying at The Dewey Schools Duong Kinh for 4 years. I always believe in the school's teachers because I know my child is learning in a dynamic, creative, and fun environment. The teachers are always dedicated to every lesson as well as the progress of each student. I see his improvement every day when he is independent in life, not afraid to discover new things on his own, and ready to challenge his limits.

As an international student, The Dewey Schools gives me the basic educational background from which I can learn, experience, and reach my full potential in a new environment. Besides the comprehensive development in English competencies through bilingual lessons, my Vietnamese proficiency has been significantly enhanced. Instead of only listening and talking, I can now write poems and fluently communicate with my friends. For me, each day at school is a happy day as I have an opportunity to learn new knowledge and involve myself in rewarding activities. This will prepare me for future tertiary study and life.

My teachers usually give us projects with a problem and let us decide how to approach and work together to solve the problem. We are encouraged to give it a try and make mistakes. If any approach does not work, our teachers will support us in finding a better solution. Therefore, each project allows us to broaden our knowledge and practice skills such as teamwork and presentation. I am very eager to go to school every day for interesting lessons from our teachers.
