To assist students in determining a suitable roadmap for their education and career, the University and Career Counseling Office at The Dewey Schools is always ready to provide parents and students with support and companionship.
Our university counseling, study abroad, and career orientation activities at The Dewey Schools include:
– University and career counseling based on identifying students’ interests, abilities, and tendencies.
– Strengthening career orientation capabilities.
– Organizing seminars, field trips, or visits to businesses, and universities, and giving students opportunities to participate in demo classes at universities.
– Providing and updating information on study abroad programs and career orientation events.
– Offering support for career counseling, advising on study abroad applications, scholarship applications, as well as during the time studying abroad.
With their expertise and experience, counselors at the University and Career Counseling Office will guide students step by step in self-discovery and confidently make decisions in navigating their academic and career roadmap. Through group and one-on-one consultations, students will receive valuable insights to craft competitive portfolios, enabling them to confidently share their stories and experiences, and showcase their identity along with a deep understanding of themselves and their suitability for the institution.
