Nearly 170 TDSers brought creative perspectives on nutrition and healthy living to the “Eat Green – Live Clean” art competition. From familiar vegetables in daily meals, the students transformed health knowledge into colorful artworks filled with personality and unique messages.
Rather than memorizing dry nutritional facts, the students were free to express their understanding and viewpoints through the language of art. Each painting reflects how students perceive the role of green foods in physical and mental development. Through their rich imagination, vegetables were transformed into “friends” that recharge the body, nourish health, foster positive spirits, and balance life.

A growing awareness was also evident in the concise yet meaningful slogans created by the students themselves. From choosing the right foods and building moderate eating habits to the consciousness of early healthcare, they are step-by-step forming a more proactive and responsible lifestyle for themselves.

The “Eat Green – Live Clean” competition is one of many annual health and lifestyle educational activities organized by the School to help students truly understand what their bodies need and why they must care for themselves properly. When such awareness is nurtured early, students not only build a positive physical and mental foundation but also gradually develop a balanced mindset, learning to love themselves and grow into well-rounded individuals in the future.
