There are milestones in a child’s journey of growing up that any parent would want to keep forever in their heart. It is the moment of witnessing our Pre-schoolers confidently receive their very first graduation diploma. This ceremony marks the conclusion of a school year and records the first step of maturity for the “youngest members” under the Dewey roof. The entire auditorium seemed to soften, filled with radiant smiles intermingled with parents’ tears of emotion and pride.

Looking at the mature and confident bearing of the children, few would think that just a year ago, Dewey was still a completely strange world to them. From the hesitant and shy early days, they now know how to proactively prepare their school supplies, sit neatly in class, listen attentively, and love and share with their friends. Each day at school is a day they embrace new experiences, learn logical thinking, develop foreign language skills, and build independence.
“Looking back at the past year, I see that my child has changed so much, from independence and confidence to academic routines and sharing with parents. Previously, she was shy and couldn’t speak clearly in front of a crowd whenever the teacher asked a question, yet now she can act as an MC and speak fluently through a very long presentation. That is the greatest happiness for a mother, and I am very grateful to the teachers and the school,” Ms. Tran Thuy Anh – Parent of My Khanh (EY Jupiter) emotionally shared.

Today’s graduation ceremony is the key that opens the door leading the children into a new chapter of life. The seedlings once nurtured and cared for by their teachers are now ready to stretch out and welcome the brilliant sunshine of the Grade 1 sky. The tight hugs, warm reminders, and love from the Dewey school community will serve as a solid launchpad, empowering them to confidently break through and shine on the path ahead.
We invite parents to look back at the memorable moments of Dewey’s youngest members during the recent graduation ceremony!
