“Building culture is a journey of refining oneself.” – A closing remark at E-Talk 2026, yet one that opened up many reflections for those in attendance.
On March 21, 130 guests including CEOs, business leaders, partners, parents, and the Edufit team embarked on a meaningful journey guided by Edufit’s three founders. More than just a sharing session, E-Talk 2026 was thoughtfully designed as an immersive experience, where participants could touch – understand – see – learn – and reflect on culture.
TOUCH – Beginning with real experiences
The journey started with Edufit’s 15-year story of development. From the very beginning, culture was not built on slogans, but on choice, choosing to begin amidst challenges, choosing to pause and ask: What kind of organization do we truly want to become? And choosing to move forward together, co-creating and owning a shared future, guided by world-class experts.

UNDERSTAND – Culture is designed, not accidental
Edufit’s culture has been intentionally designed with dedication, courage, and consistency from its founders and team. The journey began with envisioning Edufit 2025 in 2017, followed by execution, team transformation, and a strong commitment to realizing that vision before moving forward to an even more ambitious future: Edufit 2032.
Despite challenges, the steadfastness of the founders and team enabled Edufit to bring its vision to life powered by its core values and cultural identity.

SEE – Culture lives in every touchpoint
Guests experienced a “house tour,” exploring the learning and working environments of Edufit students, teachers, and staff. Here, culture became tangible, visible in the space, daily operations, and everyday interactions.
“I’m not part of Edufit, but I was truly moved. Culture is present everywhere I go here,” one guest shared.

LEARN – Culture as a strategic choice
At this stage, culture was viewed through a strategic lens. Guests discovered how Edufit’s culture is implemented through six pillars: Context Setting, Cultural Pioneering, Leading by Example, Process & Environment Alignment, Communication & Amplification, and Measurement & Validation. Among these, Leading by Example stands at the core.

Ms. Minh Anh – a speaker and Edufit parent shared:
“What I appreciate most is that Edufit’s leaders don’t just talk about values, they live them every day. Their authenticity and consistency have built a strong foundation for team transformation. When leaders step in, learn, and uphold integrity in every decision, each individual is inspired to transform themselves.”
Ms. Quynh Anh (PwC Vietnam) also noted:
“It is the consistency in pursuing sustainable development that turns seemingly small actions into daily habits, ultimately shaping a strong culture.”
REFLECT – Culture becomes the organization’s ‘breath’
After 15 years, Edufit affirms: culture is not what is written on walls, but what is practiced every day through intentional choices. It may be a student’s thank-you letter to a canteen supervisor, a dedicated act at work, or doing the right thing even when no one is watching. These small, repeated actions eventually become the very “breath” of the organization.
A parent, Ms. Minh Hằng, who has three children studying at Edufit, shared:
“Edufit’s culture truly shapes the learning environment of my children. Choosing Sakura and Dewey for all three has been an incredible journey. What matters most to me is that my children are discovering their own paths with independence and self-direction.”
Another reflection from Mr. Lại Tiến Mạnh, CEO of Mibrand Vietnam:
“If we change the cause, we change the result. What I see at Edufit is that building culture is also a journey of self-transformation, creating inner strength for the organization.”
E-Talk 2026 sincerely thanks all guests, partners, parents, and the entire Edufit team for co-creating a meaningful, heartfelt, and inspiring event.
To close, we echo the words of Ms. Trần Thị Hồng Hạnh, Founder and Chairwoman of Edufit: “The journey of building culture is also a journey for leaders to reflect and refine themselves. It is about answering: Who am I? Who do I want to become? And how do I choose to live each day? When inner strength is nurtured with consistency, the organization gains a solid foundation to overcome challenges and achieve breakthrough results.”
See you at the next E-Talk!
