💕 “During our field visits for E-Dream 2026, we traveled to many school sites and met countless teachers and children, each with their own unique stories. Pa Ling was not the most disadvantaged school we had ever visited. Yet somehow, it was the place that made us stay longer than we had planned,” shared Ms. Nguyễn Thị Minh Huệ, Director of the E-Dream 2026 “School of Dreams” Project.

👉 Located in the border area of Quảng Trị Province, near the Laos frontier, Pa Ling stands on a heroic land marked by tremendous sacrifice and resilience throughout history. Today, it is home to Pa Cô ethnic minority children who continue to come to school every day with bright eyes, an eagerness to learn, and dreams that are simple yet deeply meaningful. Although the remote geographical location still limits access to advanced educational models and learning opportunities, the children remain excited whenever they are given the chance to explore and discover something new.
🎯 Learning conditions at the school site are still filled with challenges. Parts of the schoolyard remain unfinished, learning spaces are limited, and students have little access to subjects such as information technology and foreign languages compared to many of their peers elsewhere. In particular, lower secondary students are currently studying temporarily at another location due to the lack of functional classrooms, which inevitably affects their learning experience and access to knowledge.

💙 Beyond the students, the teachers devoted to this remote community are also quietly overcoming many hardships of their own. Most teachers at Pa Ling are young educators from different provinces who have chosen to stay committed to the school and its students despite the distance and isolation of the border region. Some live hundreds of kilometers away and can only return home on weekends. Travel difficulties and geographical barriers also limit opportunities for professional development and training. Yet through dedication and perseverance, they continue to stand beside their students every single day.
🎉 For the E-Dream 2026 field team, what lingered after the journey was not only the lack of facilities or resources, but also the devotion of the teachers and the hopeful eyes of children carrying their schoolbags to class each morning. It was these authentic, deeply human moments that made Pa Ling the next destination of the “School of Dreams” journey.
We believe that with better learning conditions and broader access to education, these children can confidently move further on their journey of growth and opportunity.

👉 Therefore, E-Dream 2026 goes beyond building and upgrading school facilities or donating teaching and learning equipment. The project also aims to accompany Pa Ling’s teachers and students over the long term through language and skills development programs, creating more holistic learning opportunities for children at the school.
Edufit believes that education does not begin only with new classrooms. It begins with the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn in better conditions.
And hopefully, from Pa Ling, many more dreams will continue to be nurtured, grow stronger, and soar far beyond this land filled with resilience and hope.
