809 national and international awards, more than VND 73 billion in university scholarships earned by Grade 12 students, and the milestone of officially achieving CIS International Accreditation — these remarkableaccomplishments brought the 2025–2026 academic year at Dewey Hai Phong to a close with immense pride, emotion, and unforgettable memories.
On the stage of the Multi-purpose Hall, hundreds of students were called by name across a wide range of categories, from in-school awards to prestigious national and international academic competitions. Honors suchas Star Award, International Scholar, and Talent Award were also presented to outstanding students after a year of persistent dedication and effort. Each award reflected the courage to challenge themselves, step beyondcomfort zones, and confidently pursue bigger opportunities demonstrated by Dewey Hai Phong students.
The pride became even more meaningful with over VND 73 billion in scholarships from leading universities around the world awarded to Grade 12 students. Through their own capabilities, critical thinking, and uniquepersonal identities, Dewey students successfully opened the doors to top universities across the globe.
Adding to the special atmosphere of the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Duong — representative of British University Vietnam (BUV) — attended in person to present scholarships and gifts to Grade 12 students, creating memorable and inspiring moments for the graduates and their families.
Yet beyond all the impressive numbers and achievements, perhaps the most meaningful thing was the journey of growth each student experienced throughout the year. As Bao Nam (9 Cannes) shared:
“Before, I thought growing up meant becoming stronger or more talented. But now I realize that maturity can simply mean learning how to listen, understand, and cherish the people beside us.”
