On 20 and 21 March, The World Scholar’s Cup – Junior & Senior round was successfully organized at The Dewey Schools. More than 450 candidates from international and bilingual schools in the city gathered here for the competition in Writing, Debate and the Scholars’ Bowl sessions.
Through this contest, our little scholars had an opportunity to practice their debating and presentation skills in English, their research and analysis skills in social matters, as well as their English writing and critical thinking.
The World Scholar’s Cup has grown beyond the goal of a common knowledge contest to become a learning festival inspiring the inquiring minds on the latest social issues of many aspects.
With a diverse and creative form of exam, which requires interdisciplinary thinking along with special exchange activities, this year’s World Scholar’s Cup has brought many memorable experiences for Hanoi students in general and Dewey students in particular.
