The “scholars” of The Dewey Schools Cau Giay have just delivered a highly resilient performance at two intellectual arenas of the World Scholar’s Cup 2026. Facing hundreds of talented contestants from various provinces and cities, the Dewey Cau Giay scholars proved their outstanding competence across all four core categories: Team Debate, Scholar’s Challenge, Collaborative Writing, and Scholar’s Bowl, bringing home a prestigious collection of awards alongside tickets straight to the Global Round.
At the Ho Chi Minh City Round arena, student Dam Kim My made a miraculous journey by naming herself in the Top 10 across 11 different categories, excellently winning a double Championship in the Scholars Bowl Team event and the individual Art & Music subject, while also finishing in the Runner-up position (2nd Place) for the comprehensive Junior Team division. In parallel, at the Hanoi Round, the duo Phan Tram Anh and Nguyen Khanh Trang also affirmed their leading position by winning the Championship Trophy for the Writing Team category (Champion Writing Team), continuously placing their names in the highest rankings from Top 3 to Top 10 in Individual Writing and Debating events. Together with the brilliance of Minh Quan, Luong Minh, Chi Nguyen, Hoang Nam, and Khanh Ngan through a series of prestigious Gold and Silver Medals, the collective of Cau Giay “scholars” created a brilliant academic milestone and powerfully inspired a spirit of relentless perseverance.
To achieve these well-deserved sweet fruits, they underwent a serious training roadmap, demonstrating sharp critical thinking and an extensive mastery of knowledge across multiple fields from Science, History to Literature, Social Studies. This achievement is a clear testament to the self-study capacity, global citizenship mindset, and effective teamwork skills of Dewey Cau Giay students.
