Competing against nearly 600 students from across Northern provinces at the Hanoi Round 2026, teams from The Dewey Schools delivered outstanding performances across key events, including Team Debate, the Scholar’s Challenge, Collaborative Writing, and the Scholar’s Bowl.
In total, they brought home 12 Champion Trophies, 85 Gold Medals, and 62 Silver Medals an impressive achievement that reflects both depth and consistency across disciplines.

Their journey at the World Scholar’s Cup stands as a testament to the perseverance, critical thinking, and teamwork of Dewey’s global learners.
A standout highlight came from Đức Duy and Anh Minh (7 Ghent), who rose above more than 250 contestants to secure second place in the Junior Division. Đức Duy earned 3 Champion Trophies and 10 Gold Medals, while Anh Minh achieved 2 Champion Trophies, 7 Gold Medals, and 3 Silver Medals. Their success not only marks a personal milestone but also inspires the wider Dewey community to continue striving for excellence.

Behind every medal lies dedication and discipline. From hours of research across diverse subjects – from Science and History to Art and Music – to moments of clarity on the debate stage, and the strong sense of trust within each team, this achievement reflects a meaningful learning journey.
It is also the result of a powerful partnership between students, teachers, and families. At The Dewey Schools, we are proud to provide an environment where students can explore their potential, grow in confidence, and develop the mindset needed to create a positive impact.
Congratulations to all our scholars! With direct qualification to the Global Round, we look forward to seeing you continue to grow, excel, and represent the Dewey community on the international stage.
