No need to travel far — just a walk around campus was enough to “visit” multiple countries.
Each booth offered a unique experience: the refreshing taste of Spanish gazpacho, a Vienna corner filled with classical music, a miniature Monaco with its Grand Prix racetrack, or a European-style market with charming vintage items.

The echoes of International Day still seem to linger within every member of the Dewey Hai Phong community. Over nearly two weeks, each class prepared for this journey — from brainstorming ideas, researching cultures, designing spaces, to crafting products and presenting about the country they represented.

What began as an English project has grown into an annual “ticket” for Dewey Hai Phong students to explore the world. This global learning approach broadens their perspectives: understanding why countries make different choices, and how culture shapes the way people live and connect. It also reflects The Dewey Schools’ educational philosophy — learning is a journey of creating knowledge, reflecting, and applying experiences to form one’s own understanding.
