“Should introverts pursue a career in Communications?”, “When did consumers shift strongly to online shopping?” – These were just a few of the many questions raised by students at the Dewey Career Fair, held yesterday at Dewey Hai Phong.
With the participation of nearly 20 experts from diverse fields such as Business, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Communications – Marketing – Events, Psychology – Healthcare…, the Career Fair became a dynamic career exploration space where students could listen to real-world insights and directly engage in meaningful discussions.

Here, students actively asked questions, challenged ideas, and explored topics in depth with industry experts. Through these interactions, each student gradually built a more multidimensional perspective on different career paths, gaining a clearer understanding of their own strengths, interests, and the real demands of the job market.
Beyond exploring their areas of interest, the Career Fair also opened doors for students to discover a wide range of career options. “This year’s Career Fair introduced us to so many different fields. Even though I registered for the Police – Military group, I still had time to learn about other areas. What impressed me most was how deeply the experts shared and how they always encouraged us to ask questions and think further,” shared Thanh Dat (11 Dallas).

As a first-time speaker at the event, Mr. Kim Quang Khai, a graphic design expert, was also impressed by Dewey students’ eagerness to learn: “Although they are still young and may not fully understand each career, their questions were very practical, focusing on career pathways and essential skills.”
The Career Fair is one of many annual career orientation activities organized by Dewey to help students discover themselves, understand different professions, and make well-informed decisions for their future. In addition to large-scale events like this, students also have opportunities for 1:1 counseling sessions with career advisors to choose the most suitable academic and career pathways.

Wishing all Dewey “explorers” the curiosity, courage to ask, and willingness to try as they continue their journey to discover and conquer their future careers!
