The first week of Wonderkid Summer Camp has officially begun, kicking off a vibrant summer filled with exciting activities and brand-new experiences for our young campers!
Right from day one, the children quickly adapted and settled into the rhythm of camp life. One highlight was their introduction to the Lifestyle subject – a familiar friend to Grade 1 students at The Dewey Schools. Through gentle, relatable activities, the kids learned how to build good habits, develop polite manners, foster independence, and take responsibility in their daily lives.
The fun didn’t stop there! In MDE (Make. Do. Explore) and Visual Arts classes, the children unleashed their creativity, freely expressing themselves through colors, shapes, and unique ideas. These sessions became a true playground for imagination and innovation.
To balance learning and creativity, the kids also enjoyed relaxing and strengthening their bodies with Yoga – a peaceful time for deep breathing, body awareness, and calming their minds through each graceful movement.
