“We have traveled to schools thousands of kilometers from Hanoi, some requiring us to climb four hills just to reach them. We have witnessed children walking barefoot, carrying bags of rice with no food inside, and heard stories of their long daily journeys to school. We have also met many dedicated teachers from the lowlands who have voluntarily committed themselves to these remote schools. These experiences have made us realize how many places still need the support of the community.” These are the heartfelt words of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hue, General Principal of the Sakura Montessori International School, who has been a devoted companion of the Dream School Project since its inception.
Dream School is not just a charitable initiative – it is a journey of nurturing love and kindness. It is a place where compassionate hearts come together to build dreams and bring educational opportunities to children in remote highland areas.
Guided by the noble mission that “giving is forever,” the Edufit community firmly believes that every act of sharing, every heartfelt contribution, helps illuminate the future for children in need. Because we believe that a new school is not just a place for learning – it is a home for unfulfilled dreams, a source of inspiration, and a foundation for these children to continue pursuing their aspirations.
On the journey of building the Dream School – a place where knowledge takes flight for children in difficult circumstances – it is impossible not to mention those who have been by our side, contributing wholeheartedly to the project. These are Parents, Students, and Edufit Staff, who are always dedicated, ready to contribute, and willing to share their efforts to create a better learning environment for these children.
Let us listen to the reflections from the Edufit community about the Dream School project, and continue to work together to beautify the paths to knowledge. By doing so, we can shorten the distance from home to school, allow the teachers here to continue sowing seeds in this harsh borderland, and ensure every child has the opportunity to continue pursuing their dreams.
