In the previous school year, 91.3% of 12th-grade students at The Dewey Schools Tay Ho Tay secured early university admission with prestigious scholarships from both domestic and international universities. Building on the success of their predecessors, the first scholarship recipients of the 2024-2025 school year have officially been announced!
The Dewey Schools proudly congratulate 10 outstanding 12th-grade students from The Dewey Schools Tay Ho Tay for earning the first prestigious scholarships of the year from top-ranked universities, including esteemed universities in the U.S. and Australia such as Glion Institute of Higher Education, University of Sydney, and Trinity University. These talented TDSers impressed the Admissions Committees with their exceptional applications, remarkable qualities, and outstanding critical thinking skills during their interviews.
For 12th-grade TDSers, these achievements are a heartfelt tribute to their teachers – those who have guided them through the journey of self-discovery, career exploration, and university application preparation. The career counseling events and one-on-one advisory sessions with the University & Career Counseling Office, organized by the school over the past months, have provided students with clearer direction in choosing the right majors and universities. At the same time, these initiatives have helped them craft outstanding and well-prepared applications, equipping them with essential skills such as engaging in community activities, writing compelling essays, and making a strong impression in interviews.
Today’s success marks the beginning of even greater milestones ahead. With a solid foundation and the spirit of “Beyond the blueprint,” we hope our students will continue to reach new heights, pursue their passions, and shine on their chosen paths.
