Today, Grade 11 Atlanta and 11 Boston students attended a Canada study abroad orientation seminar featuring representatives from the University of Manitoba (Top 15 research universities in Canada). The event provided students with direct access to insights about international learning environments while helping them clarify their future study abroad plans.

The session was led by admissions representatives Ms. Thu Nga Vo and Ms. Mikayla Goolcharan. Through open and practical discussions, Dewey students gained a more comprehensive understanding of academic programs, student life, and educational opportunities in Canada.
Notably, the representatives from the University of Manitoba also shared practical guidance to help TDSers begin their journey toward international universities, including application preparation and planning. Popular fields of interest such as Business, Engineering, Science, and Health were discussed in detail, giving students clearer insights into career prospects and academic pathways.

The interactive Q&A session provided valuable opportunities for students to address their concerns about study pathways and post-graduation opportunities.

At The Dewey Schools, events like these are an integral part of a well-structured university and career guidance system. From exploring personal interests and strengths to building long-term academic plans and preparing application profiles, TDSers are equipped with a strong foundation to confidently pursue higher education opportunities both in Vietnam and around the world.
