On May 9, 2025, the inauguration ceremony of the “Dream School 2025” officially took place at the Bao Nam 1 Primary Semi-Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities – Ky Son, Nghe An. A spacious, solid school has risen amid the arid, sun-drenched land, marking a hopeful beginning for the journey of building a brighter future for the students here. From now on, the children will be able to study and live in a safe and well-equipped environment. The new school will not only nurture the dreams of young learners but also serve as a sturdy shelter from sun and rain for both teachers and students.

Launched in January 2025, within just five months, the “Dream School” project has received over 1 billion VND in sponsorship from hundreds of individuals and organizations. This invaluable support enabled us to complete vital infrastructure upgrades at Bao Nam 1 Primary School, including three new classrooms, eight restrooms, two enclosed bathing areas, and a full set of learning equipment for the students. More than just financial support, this has been a powerful source of motivation, strengthening our belief in the path of community-centered education.
The “Dream School” is not simply a construction project, it is a symbol of compassion and the spirit of sharing. Through this initiative, students from The Dewey Schools and Sakura Montessori have played an active role in spreading generosity and empathy by contributing donations, preparing meaningful gifts by hand, and engaging directly with students at Bao Nam 1 Primary School. The pure smiles of the children and the bright eyes of teachers in this highland region are a priceless reward for all of us who have contributed to this deeply human journey.
