To make sure everyone arrives smoothly, eats well, enjoys the full show, and parties till the very end on 2026 January 31st, the OC is sharing this small but mighty guide. Save it now — when the time comes, switch on Fest Mode and enjoy!
SECTION 1: CHECK-IN GATE & PARKING AREA
1. Check-in gate
Location: Opposite SunGroup Sun Hospital
Check-in will be done using wristbands, with separate lanes for different groups. Edufiters will also receive a lightstick at the check-in desk.
Please check the event layout map before arriving to enter the correct gate and lane — no getting lost!
2. TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
Public transportation is highly recommended for a smooth journey.
- Motorbikes: The parking area is about 100 meters from the check-in gate. Please refer to the layout map to reach the correct parking spot
- Cars: Parking is available around Hoa Binh Park, or at The Dewey Schools Tay Ho Tay, followed by a short walk to the park—relaxing and good for your health
Important note: The OC does not provide a dedicated parking lot. Please arrange parking on your own. Just follow the correct route and enter the right gate — you’ll be all set!
SECTION 2: CHECK-IN BACKDROPS (CAMERAS ON FIRE!)
The OC has prepared 02 stunning backdrop areas exclusively for Edufiters:
- A general backdrop for all Edufiters at the designated area
- A Recognition backdrop for Vietnamese staff with 10 & 15 years of service, (Separate setup area)Foreign staff with 5 years of service
15:00 – 16:00: The Board of Directors will be present to welcome you and take commemorative photos. Please arrive on time to capture meaningful photos and mark your journey with Edufit. An instant photo booth is also available—take your memories home right away! Come early to collect a full album of amazing shots before the party starts!
SECTION 3: E-LOVE EXHIBITION
The exhibition features 160 E-handmade artworks created by the Edufit community and is open from 15:00 to 17:00. Don’t forget to check in, admire the creativity of the Edufit family, and choose your favorite piece to support the “Dream School” Charity Fund!
SECTION 4: FOODZONE – ENERGY REFILL STATION
The food area will be open throughout the event. Remember to bring your E-Food vouchers to refuel and keep the party going strong!
SECTION 5: WHAT TO BRING & WHAT NOT TO BRING
For a safe and enjoyable experience, please prepare the necessary items and comply with the list of prohibited items according to event regulations. The OC has also prepared one bottle of water per Edufiter at the seating area — party hard, stay hydrated!
SECTION 6: STAY UNTIL THE VERY LAST MOMENT
The Lucky Draw at the end includes 9999 gold and even prizes that money can’t buy! Don’t leave early — the biggest plot twist is always at the end!
