Welcome Event for Dewey “Newbies”
Date: August 7–8, 2025.
A special gift exclusively for the newest members of the Dewey family. With thoughtful preparation by our dedicated teachers, this is a solid first step to help our “newbies” confidently begin their journey at Dewey. During the event, students will have the opportunity to:
- Explore the sleek, modern learning environment with a fun-filled school tour
- Join engaging bonding activities that break the ice and close the gap
- Meet new teachers and immerse themselves in exciting learning experiences.
Parent Orientation Program
Date: August 8–9, 2025.
- Provide parents with a clear understanding of Dewey’s core pedagogical statements and educational focus for the 2025–2026 school year
- Offer an overview of the curriculum and innovative teaching approaches that promote critical thinking, individual competencies, and student motivation
- Strengthen the school–home partnership to collaboratively build a unified and holistic learning pathway for every student.
Back to School
Date: August 11, 2025.
- An energetic and festive day marking the official return of all Dewey students after the summer break. This meaningful event will be a chance for TDSers to:
- Reflect on memorable milestones from the past school year
- Set personal goals and spark motivation for the journey ahead
- Begin the new academic year with the spirit of “Breaking the mold – Creating your own path!”
The Orientation Week and Back to School Festival are more than just a welcome to the new school year — they are an inspiring launchpad for every TDSER to step confidently into 2025–2026 with readiness, proactive spirit, and the ambition to excel.
