All answers will be revealed at the preliminary round of D-Show 25!

This year’s campus preliminary round promises to feature remarkable performances bursting with diversity and individuality across The Dewey Schools. This is a chance for TDSers to showcase their confidence and creativity and a platform to shine and pursue their passion for the arts.

The atmosphere at rehearsals is buzzing with excitement across all campuses. In just a few days, the preliminary round will officially kick off. Don’t miss the chance to witness and cheer for the most outstanding talents of The Dewey Schools.

– Có gần 20 năm nghiên cứu về các phương pháp tổ chức dạy học hiện đại, hiệu quả; nghiên cứu về các tư tưởng, đường lối giáo dục; xây dựng nội dung chương trình, viết sách giáo khoa, sách bài tập, sách tham khảo các môn học trong trường Phổ thông, đặc biệt là môn Toán; viết kế hoạch dạy học các môn học; đào tạo và huấn luyện giáo viên về cách thiết kế bài dạy, cách tổ chức dạy học cho học sinh.

Quan điểm giáo dục:

Giáo dục trong Nhà trường phổ thông đem đến cho học sinh sự phát triển toàn diện về THỂ CHẤT VÀ TINH THẦN. Nội dung kiến thức của các môn học đưa đến cho học sinh phải ngang tầm với xã hội các em được sinh ra và trưởng thành. Phương pháp tổ chức dạy học trong Nhà trường là phương pháp của Nhà trường hiện đại, coi nội dung tri thức là sản phẩm mỗi học sinh phải tự làm ra cho chính mình bằng một hệ thống VIỆC LÀM, mỗi VIỆC LÀM được thiết kế thành một chuỗi THAO TÁC, theo trật tự chặt chẽ, ai làm cũng được, làm đâu chắc đấy, làm ra sản phẩm tất yếu và tốn ít thời gian nhất. Nguyên tắc vàng của nghiệp vụ sư phạm trong Nhà trường là “không đem đến cho học sinh sản phẩm làm sẵn, muốn có gì học sinh phải tự làm lấy cho chính mình”. Giáo dục trong trường Phổ thông không so sánh học sinh này với học sinh khác, coi mỗi học sinh là một cá thể độc lập, được tôn trọng và phát triển an toàn. Mục tiêu cơ bản của giáo dục trong trường Phổ thông là tạo cho học sinh có được các năng lực giải quyết các nhiệm vụ của cuộc sống trong mọi tình huống có thể, tạo cho học sinh có được năng lực tự học và tự hoàn thiện bản thân.

10 years as Coordinator of Living Values Education: Trained thousands of teachers in many provinces and cities in Vietnam through MOET and Plan International (UNICEF) projects on a student-centered approach focused on teaching the value of life.
5 years as a UNICEF specialist in psychosocial support for children committing crimes in Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Ho Chi Minh City
5 years as head of the psychology department with the task of psychological and behavioral support for street children at Blue Dragon Children (Australian NGO)
3 years as a school psychology consultant for Dinh Tien Hoang High School and Phuong Lien Secondary School

Educational belief
Believe that all students have the potential to learn and become good citizens. All students are intelligent and capable of learning, but these abilities can only be achieved when students enjoy learning. Life values are always hidden inside each person and are ready to be shown when given the opportunity. Educators must create an environment, opportunities, and motivation and help students see their potential, and have a love for learning so their full potential is brought out.
Always care about the mental health of students to ensure students are in the best mental and physical health state.
Always support modern teaching methods: student-centered, learning by doing, learning by experience, and learning by contributing to the community and society.
Respect and accept students unconditionally, and build friendly, safe, trusting relationships with them to guide them to make the right decisions, take the shortest path to success and achieve their life goals.
