On the first day back at Dewey after the Tet holiday, the familiar cheerful melody once again echoed through the hallways. Blending with laughter, lively New Year wishes, and playful words of thanks when receiving lucky money, it created a vibrant spring-opening picture at The Dewey Schools Hải Phòng.
Each classroom carried its own “shade” of joy. For Grade 5 Cairo, it was the “heart-racing” moments following every spin of the lucky wheel. Each time the pointer stopped, waves of excited cheers filled the room. “Lucky money,” “01 homework pass,” or “free seat change for one lesson” – simple rewards, yet enough to ignite the whole class with positive energy for the first morning of the new year.
Meanwhile, Grade 3 New Delhi welcomed spring in their own unique way. Instead of red envelopes, each student received a green seedling from Ms. Linh, carrying wishes for a healthy new year and daily growth—just like a tiny sprout reaching up toward the sunlight.
The first lesson after Tet concluded with sweet chocolate coins, lingering echoes of joy and positive energy remaining in every classroom. A new spring has truly begun, starting with laughter and hearts full of excitement. Wishing the little warriors of Dewey Hai Phong a brilliant and breakthrough new year, confidently conquering new achievements.
