As the school year draws to a close, The Dewey Schools Tay Ho Tay reflects on a meaningful and transformative 2024–2025 academic year—a vibrant journey where the Dewey community has continued to “beyond the blueprint, mapping your own way”.
Over the past year, Dewey has once again affirmed its reputation by maintaining the title of Top 1 Most Favorite Employer in the Education & Training Sector – Large Enterprise Category, underscoring a professional, innovative, and talent-attracting educational environment. The academic quality at The Dewey Schools was clearly reflected through the remarkable achievements of TDSers.
During this year’s university admissions season, 69.7% of Grade 12 students received offers from 51 prestigious universities both domestically and internationally, including VinUni, RMIT, Richmond, Trinity, and the University of Sydney. The total value of scholarships and financial aid amounted to VND 114 billion. Notably, four students from The Dewey Schools Tay Ho Tay became the pioneering cohort to officially receive the U.S. High School Diploma, awarded by Mount Vernon School—ranked among the Top 10 Most Innovative Schools in the United States (2017). This remarkable milestone not only marked the culmination of their immersive academic year in the U.S. under the Adventure Program but also served as a launchpad for TDSers to reach the global stage.
This academic year also witnessed TDSers earning 610 awards from both national and international competitions, along with 77 prestigious scholarships granted by the school. Their creative spirit shone through in the “We Are World” Project, where 429 students directly participated in organizing and filming, spreading the message of unity and community responsibility. More than 800 videos were produced and broadcast across multiple platforms, amassing over 4 million views on TikTok alone.
In parallel, Dewey organized 86 events of various scales, offering students a wealth of meaningful experiences. The grand finale of D-Show 25 was a spectacular success, drawing over 3,000 spectators and featuring nearly 600 students shining on stage. At the same time, the spirit of compassion continued to flourish through the Dewey Tay Ho Tay Community Fund, which raised a total of VND 580 million. Each activity and event proved that success is not only measured by scores or accolades, but also by empathy, sharing, and a deep sense of community.
As the 2024–2025 academic year concludes, we look back with pride and gratitude. Dewey’s success is a collective result of students’ efforts, teachers’ dedication, staff commitment, and the unwavering support of parents. These impressive achievements are more than just numbers—they are a testament to the growth journey of every TDSer, where every experience and activity helps nurture confidence, a sense of responsibility, and the aspiration to shape a better future.
