This summer, not only did TDSers explore hot fields like Marketing or IT, but Grade 10 and 11 students also had the chance to dive into a highly practical and equally exciting area: Human Resource Management (HRM) — often called the “heart” of every organization.
In the roles of recruiters, training coordinators, and e-learning designers, TDSers didn’t just learn theory — they also got hands-on experience, taking on real tasks like professional HRs.
Students were introduced to modern trends such as building a TikTok recruitment channel — a creative approach many companies are using to attract young, dynamic candidates who match their culture. They also explored online corporate culture training, employee experience design, and the use of AI for CV screening and candidate behavior analysis.
What’s more, they rolled up their sleeves for real tasks: scanning and filtering CVs, producing recruitment media content, making phone calls to candidates, and brainstorming ideas for internal training programs. Every task was a valuable opportunity to sharpen communication, human insight, and systematic thinking.
“Learning and practicing HR has helped me understand how to build a team or organization — something very useful for managing clubs or school projects. I also learned how platforms like LinkedIn, TopCV, and VietnamWorks shape how companies view candidates.” — shared Thach Do Hoang Anh (11Orlando).
In today’s digital age, HR is no longer about paperwork and formal interviews. Instead, it’s a dynamic world of creativity, tech, and data — and TDSers are already getting a head start!
Who knows? This early internship might just reveal some of our future HR stars, ready to take on the world with confidence!
