Returning to the UNIS Winter Invitational 2026*, the Dewey swimming team made a strong impression with results that exceeded expectations: 24 medals in total, including 10 gold, 6 silver, and 8 bronze medals, securing 4th place overall. This is also the team’s highest achievement at the UNIS season in the past three years.
With experience accumulated over many seasons, and after two intense consecutive days of competition, Dewey’s swimmers maintained consistent form and demonstrated remarkable composure against strong opponents. From individual events such as freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke to team events like relays and medleys, the athletes showcased solid technique, strong determination, and seamless teamwork.

Facing formidable rivals, Dewey’s swimmers remained unfazed, delivering beautiful strokes that thrilled and impressed spectators, reaffirming their determination to push beyond their limits.
This outstanding achievement is a well-deserved reward for the team’s persistent efforts. Alongside their academic studies, the athletes consistently dedicated after-school hours to physical training, endurance building, and mental preparation, with the devoted support of parents and coaches. Beyond medals, the greatest value gained from each competition season lies in lessons of teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and the determination to surpass oneself.

Once again, congratulations to the Dewey swimming team on their proud achievement at the UNIS Winter Invitational 2026. May these milestones serve as strong motivation for the athletes to maintain their momentum and conquer even greater heights on the “blue track” in the time ahead.
