If you only had VND 100,000 in hand, how much value could you create in just 4 hours?
Would you be confident enough to generate nearly VND 7 million in profit?
It may sound impossible, but that was the challenge that more than 70 D-Leader campers conquered through the mindset of leaders and the courage of true entrepreneurs.

7 completely different business models, 100% of teams achieving profits of up to 360%, 16 outstanding young leaders earning the opportunity to become Project Co-founders… These are not merely achievements, but the most valuable “treasure” gained by more than 70 young leaders at D-Leader Camp.
Just 5 days ago, more than 70 D-Leader campers were still unfamiliar faces, full of uncertainty, and had never imagined themselves becoming leaders. Yet today, at the project showcase, they confidently stood on stage as young founders, directly operating their own business and social projects, and convincingly presenting real profits to a panel of Experts, PhDs, Master’s degree holders, CEOs, and industry leaders.

D-Leader became a miniature startup ecosystem, where business ideas serving everyday needs, from healthy food products to social campaigns raising awareness about the dangers of e-cigarettes, were brought to life. Students conducted market research, identified customer needs, developed products, calculated costs, implemented communication strategies, and continuously adapted their plans to real-world challenges.
If the Showcase was where ideas came to life, then the Leaders Arena was the “courtroom” where projects were tested to prove their real-world value. Facing a panel of judges and challenging questions about project feasibility, growth strategies, scalability, and risk management, these young leaders demonstrated critical thinking, analytical skills, and adaptability, proving that their ideas were not only feasible on paper but also capable of creating meaningful impact in reality.

And that is the clearest evidence of the growth achieved by D-Leaders after just 5 days of learning and hands-on experience. To reach this point, each young leader not only developed knowledge and skills, but also matured in mindset and learned how to express gratitude through heartfelt thank-you cards sent to teachers and camp mentors.
Reflecting on the journey, Pham Bao Anh, a student from Hong Bang Secondary School, shared emotionally: “After 5 days at D-Leader Camp, I changed a lot. I became more confident, dared to stand in front of a crowd for the first time, learned how to connect with unfamiliar teammates, and handle difficult situations. I am very excited to join future D-Leader camps to continue learning and challenging myself.”
Many parents were equally moved when witnessing the transformation of their children after only 5 short days. Ms. Hang, parent of student Dang Duong, shared: “Our family is truly grateful to the D-Leader Camp Organizing Committee and all the teachers who guided and supported my child. Five days is not a long time, but my child has become much more confident and resilient. As a teacher myself, I deeply admire the dedication and encouragement of the instructors. My child told me that this camp allowed students to make mistakes and learn from them, which is why he felt so confident when presenting and learning here.”

D-Leader Camp 2026 may have come to an end, but the mission of nurturing a generation of students who dare to lead, dare to take action, dare to take responsibility, and dare to create positive value for the community across Hai Phong City will never stop. And in D-Leader 2027, 2028, and many years beyond, today’s young leaders will continue to inspire others, igniting the flames of courage, service, and the aspiration to create meaningful change for future generations.
