It is the surprise of witnessing a new version of their child emerge — confidently presenting, debating, and defending ideas before a panel of PhDs, Master’s degree holders, and senior educators.
It is seeing their child learn to listen, collaborate, and proactively solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to provide the answers.
It is watching an introverted child begin to lead, speak up, and believe in themselves.
D-Leader is a non-profit community project sponsored by Edufit Education Group, designed for students aged 12 and above in Hai Phong. The journey extends far beyond the 5-day D-Leader Summer Camp, continuing through specialized workshops, leadership camps, student-led community projects, innovation challenges, and a wide range of personal development activities throughout the academic year.
Guided by CEOs, entrepreneurs, PhDs, Master’s degree holders, and leading educational experts, D-Leader is built on authentic, hands-on experiences. Rather than passively receiving knowledge, students actively engage in challenges, projects, and real-world situations, allowing them to draw their own lessons, develop leadership mindsets, and strengthen their problem-solving abilities.
