Recently, the young athletes of the Dewey Elementary Basketball Team delivered an outstanding performance at the 2025 Hanoi Primary Student Basketball Tournament — one of the largest sporting events for primary school students in the capital, featuring as many as 139 participating teams.

Entering this year’s season with determination, confidence, and a strong desire to showcase their talent, the Dewey team demonstrated impressive technical skills, agile movement, and seamless teamwork throughout every play. Each shot and pass reflected their unity, focus, and sporting spirit, bringing the audience thrilling and emotional moments.
Right from their opening match, the Dewey team claimed a convincing 10–7 victory against Van Chuong Primary School.
In their second game against Khuong Thuong Primary School — one of the tournament’s strongest teams — the Dewey players maintained composure, executed their tactics with flexibility, and fought persistently until the final seconds. Although they did not secure a win, the match offered valuable lessons in experience, teamwork, and technique. These lessons will serve as a solid foundation for the young Dewey athletes to continue progressing in future competitions.
Let’s look back at some of the memorable moments of Dewey’s young players at the Nestlé Milo Cup 2025!
