On the second day of Spirit Week, the Dewey Tây Hồ Tây campus was filled with the vibrant colors of traditional attire from around the world — from elegant áo dài and graceful hanbok to stunning kimono. Global Traditional Day brought a lively celebration of cultural exchange, where TDSers deepened their appreciation for traditional beauty while discovering the rich diversity of global heritage.

It was easy to spot cheerful Korean students, international teachers proudly donning Vietnamese áo dài, and “local Vietnamese” students confidently posing in traditional outfits from Japan, China, and Korea. This fascinating blend of cultures stands as a testament to Dewey’s inclusive environment — one that celebrates diversity, embraces differences, and nurtures mutual respect through every lesson and experience.

Every moment of the day told a story of friendship, connection, and pride — pride in expressing one’s identity within a vibrant, multicultural community. Let’s take a look back at these heartwarming moments!
