High AP scores give students a competitive edge in university admissions and scholarship applications at leading universities worldwide. Qualifying AP scores can earn college credits at most universities in the U.S. and Canada and are recognized in over 60 countries globally. These credits allow students to skip introduction courses, significantly saving time and tuition fees.
SAT EXAM RESULTS
Students from The Dewey Schools have impressively scored over 1500 on the SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) – a globally recognized standardized test used for college admissions in the U.S. and many countries around the world. According to the College Board – the administrator of the SAT – a score of 1480 or higher places a student in the top 1% of scorers worldwide.
SAT scores are accepted by over 4,000 universities worldwide, giving students access to a wide variety of majors, including Engineering, Medicine, Humanities, and the Arts. High SAT scores also provide a competitive edge in scholarship applications and admission to top-tier universities.
The SAT consists of two main sections: Reading & Writing and Math, each containing two modules of increasing difficulty. The test duration is 2 hours and 14 minutes. Specifically, students have 64 minutes to finish the Reading & Writing component, 70 minutes for Math and 10-minute break in between.
(*) The SAT is a standardized test used to assess a candidate’s ability and is developed and owned by College Board, a private non-profit corporation in the United States. High SAT scores also provide a competitive edge in scholarship applications and admission to top-tier universities.
