The journey of D-Show 25 has been an emotional rollercoaster – filled with anticipation and nervousness from contestants, breathtaking performances on stage, and the overwhelming joy of parents and organizers as they witnessed the students’ remarkable transformation and growth through each round of competition.
Over the past five months, from conceptualization to production, D-Show 25 has been a collaborative effort between the school, parents, and students. Since its launch in November 2024, the competition has drawn enthusiastic participation from students across the entire school system. The Preliminary and Semi-Final rounds, held at four campuses, created an electrifying atmosphere, with nearly 2,000 students and parents involved in performances and event organization. The competition showcased almost 300 performances spanning various genres, including singing, dancing, instrumental solos, and rap. Watching the children shine on stage after months of dedicated practice, parents could not help but feel immense pride in their talents, determination, and unwavering perseverance.
Beyond being just an artistic playground, D-Show 25 has also served as a platform for spreading values of community service. Launched in January 2025, the Creative Arts Exhibition has provided a meaningful space for students to apply the five steps of Design Thinking to create deeply impactful and socially conscious artworks. As of March 5, the exhibition has received registrations for 307 visual art pieces and 109 MDE projects. All these works will be auctioned to raise funds for the Computer Lab for Children project, supporting underprivileged schools in remote areas and providing future generations with better access to technology.
With its meaningful contributions to the community, D-Show 25 is honored to receive the invaluable support of parents and sponsors—dedicated partners committed to nurturing artistic talent and investing in the next generation. As of February 2025, the competition has secured nearly 1.8 billion VND in sponsorships from 43 businesses and individuals. These generous contributions have been instrumental in the success of the program, serving as a driving force for D-Show 25 to confidently fulfill its mission of shaping a knowledgeable, resilient, and socially responsible generation.
The remarkable achievements throughout this journey have laid a solid foundation for D-Show 25 to make an even greater impact in the Grand Finals. In addition to performances by renowned guest artists, the upcoming D-Show 25 Grand Finals promises to be an electrifying stage, featuring an intense competition among 7 schools, including 4 campuses from The Dewey Schools. This will be a thrilling contest where teams not only showcase their talent but also proudly represent their school spirit.
