Throughout the 13 years of operation, Edufit Education Corporation has consistently adhered to the principle that Teachers are the core force determining the quality of education. This commitment is most evident in the group’s substantial annual investments in professional training for teachers and the establishment of the Scientific and Pedagogical Research Council at the Sakura Montessori and The Dewey Schools.
Continuing its impressive efforts to enhance the quality of its teaching staff, on August 14th, Edufit Education Corporation officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hanoi National University of Education, laying the foundation for future high-quality educational and training programs.
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duc Son, Principal of Hanoi National University of Education, highly commended Edufit Education Corporation’s goodwill, determination, and willingness to invest in teacher quality enhancement activities. “We greatly value this collaboration between the two parties. It marks an important step towards achieving our four major goals: establishing a professional development network; exchanging lecturers and teachers; learning from the operation model of non-public schools; and transferring educational scientific research topics.”
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Bien, Director of the Center for Pedagogical Research and Development at Hanoi National University of Education, emphasized: “Edufit and Hanoi National University of Education have had a long-standing partnership. We have sent students for internships, while Edufit has sent teachers to obtain professional certificates or participate in our student job fairs. Today’s Memorandum of Understanding will open up deeper collaboration opportunities, supporting Edufit in recruitment and enhancing the quality of education for both parties.”
Enhancing the quality of Edufit Education Corporation’s human resources
The Memorandum of Understanding serves as a bridge between the Sakura Montessori, The Dewey Schools, and outstanding students from Hanoi National University of Education. Even while still in school, students can intern at any of the 11 preschools and four K-12 schools across the Edufit system. Notably, exceptional students may receive scholarships from Edufit and have job opportunities immediately upon graduation at a company recognized as Vietnam’s Most Preferred Employer in the Education & Training category (2023).
Enhancing teaching quality and professional development for Teachers
As part of the partnership, Hanoi National University of Education will provide professional development courses and postgraduate training programs for Edufit’s teaching staff. Teachers from The Dewey Schools and Sakura Montessori will also have the opportunity to learn from and receive guidance from experts and educational organizations affiliated with the university.
Creating a high-quality learning environment for students
Following the signing, students at The Dewey Schools will have the chance to receive supplementary lessons in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from teachers at the High School for Gifted Students, Hanoi National University of Education. Additionally, The Dewey Schools will organize specialized study and experiential programs for students, club members, and competition teams at the HNUE High School for Gifted Students, the Nguyen Tat Thanh Middle & High School, and other specialized faculties of Hanoi National University of Education.
Students will also gain access to a wide range of specialized topics, study materials, and extensive problem banks – products of scientific research projects transferred from Hanoi National University of Education.
The Memorandum of Understanding signed today reaffirms Edufit’s commitment to building a quality education for tomorrow – where future generations are confident in taking charge of their own lives and ready to make a positive impact on the world around them.
