Energetic and full of excitement, the engaging English lessons at Wonderkids Summer Camp always captivate us. With a four-week intensive English program, we have the opportunity to enhance our phonetics, communication skills, and vocabulary, all with the guidance of native teachers.
Last week, we learned about the alphabet, vocabulary related to food and toys, and engaged in conversations about our personal interests. Each lesson was interwoven with fun activities such as word puzzles, word search games, and treasure hunts. Cheerful songs and dances created a dynamic and positive atmosphere in the classroom, making it easier and more effective for us to absorb the material.
Through activities that required teamwork and coordination, we also honed our group work skills. Wonderkids Summer Camp has fostered our love and passion for learning English. Le Yen Anh, a camper of Wonderkids Summer Camp, excitedly shared, “Meeting new friends, studying, and playing together has greatly sparked our interest in learning English!”
Our learning experience extended beyond the classroom to the Dewey School library, where we explored a world of books. Here, our teacher introduced us to interesting English books, helping us expand our vocabulary. We also participated in highly energetic outdoor lessons. Combining play and study, we approached learning English through all our senses. Learning a foreign language has never been so easy and enjoyable for us!
