Embracing the theme “The Future Me,” D-Show 25 is not only a stage for art but also a space where students envision and shape their future, turning shared dreams for the community into reality. This vision is exactly what inspired young Bảo Trang (6Berlin) as she stepped onto the stage of D-Show 25.
Bao Trang brought a deeply meaningful story to the stage through contemporary dance – an art form that is not her forte but one she was determined to conquer. Advancing through the preliminary and semi-final rounds, she earned a well-deserved place in Grand Finals. More than just a victory, what she takes the most pride in is successfully delivering a powerful message about nature to the younger generation.
Through each graceful movement, Bao Trang evoked empathy for the pressing issues facing society, sending a compelling call to action to preserve the greenery of our planet. Beyond the dance itself, even her costume carried a message. “The white of my dress represents indifference and the neglect of Earth’s suffering, while the green fan symbolizes life – the young sprouts rising with hope.”
It was Bao Trang’s desire to spread positive values that helped her overcome fear, step out of her comfort zone, and dare to challenge herself on stage. “There were times when I felt anxious and afraid to try something new – even moments when I thought about giving up. But the encouragement from my family, teachers, and friends, along with the fire of determination within me, constantly reminded me: “I have to try!” Thanks to that, I kept moving forward and gave it my all.”
Having accompanied her daughter through two seasons of D-Show, Ms. Lam Thi Phuc, Bao Trang’s mother, shared: “D-Show 25 is a program with profound humanitarian meaning. I chose to support my daughter through multiple seasons of D-Show because it is not just a stage to showcase talent – it is a space where children can spread positive values, live by what they believe in, and take action for it. Each time she participates, she gains new experiences, learns, grows more confident, and surpasses her own limits.”
D-Show 25: The Future Me is not only a celebration of personal dreams but also an inspiring tapestry of shared dreams for the community. Bringing those dreams to life is the mission of the future generation, those who dare to dream, dare to act, and carry within them the passion to change the world through their talent, courage, and heart.
