Nearly 1,800 national and international awards;

Over VND 153 billion in early university scholarships;

3,200+ trusting and supportive parents;

High acclaim from the Council of International Schools (CIS) accreditation team.

These are just four of many remarkable achievements from the 2024–2025 school year, affirming The Dewey Schools’ unwavering and consistent educational philosophy over the past decade. More importantly, they underscore the school’s steadfast commitment to the Three Core Pedagogical Statements—its “compass” for teaching and learning since the beginning of the academic year:

Throughout the 2024–2025 school year, The Dewey Schools made great strides in bringing these core statements to life by:

– Implementing project-based learning tied to real-life contexts

– Diversifying extracurricular activities

– Encouraging student agency in exploring knowledge

– Fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills

The school also prioritized creating a safe and open learning environment—one where every student is respected, heard, and given space to express their capabilities, voice, and creative thinking.

Beyond academic inspiration, Dewey actively nurtures students’ sense of community responsibility through meaningful philanthropic initiatives such as “With D-Show 25”, “The Dream School”, and free English classes for school support staff.

Dewey is also a pioneer in integrating Global Citizenship and Digital Citizenship directly into the core curriculum—empowering students with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in a modern, interconnected world. The school promotes respect for diversity and cultural differences—central pillars of global citizenship—through cultural exchange and celebration events such as Spirit Week, International Day, and the Lunar New Year Fair.

As we enter the 2025–2026 academic year, the Three Core Pedagogical Statements will continue to guide all teaching and learning activities at Dewey. Notably, Global Citizenship and Digital Citizenship will be further integrated across all subject areas, helping students apply core competencies in their learning journey while growing holistically in both personal and social dimensions.

This marks a significant step forward in Dewey’s mission: to nurture a generation of knowledgeable, resilient students with a global mindset—individuals who are equipped to make meaningful, positive contributions to the world.
